Return & Refund Policy
We carefully inspect all our creations to ensure they meet our quality standards. As our products are handmade, slight imperfections, color variations, and air bubbles may naturally occur. These are unique characteristics of each piece and do not affect the product's functionality.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven't shipped. A full refund will be issued for canceled orders. Please note that credit card refunds may take 5-16 business days to process.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date (exceptions may apply). Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number. To initiate a return, please email us at info@flarescent.com
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent.
Exceptions: Sale items, promotions, limited edition items, DIY kits, and tealight samples are not returnable. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours with a detailed description and photographic evidence.

Flarescentco is not responsible for packages left outdoors for extended periods.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they've shipped.
We do not issue replacements or refunds for packages marked as "delivered" by the postal service or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees. If your tracking information indicates delivery but you haven't received the package, please contact us immediately.
To file an insurance claim for lost packages, customers must have purchased a tracked shipping service. Please contact us at info@flarescent.com with your order number and package details within 15 days of the delivery date.
Returned to Sender Parcels
Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs for packages returned to sender due to delivery issues. No refunds will be issued. Flarescentco will not accept any postal fees associated with returned packages.
Please note that our return, damage, and issue policies only apply to orders shipped within Philippines.
