Are your candles made with natural ingredients?
- We prioritize using natural and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. Our candles are made with a soy wax blend and coconut wax, and all our fragrances are phthalate-free.
Personalized Candles
Do you offer personalized candles?
- Yes! We create custom candles for special events. Orders under ₱5,000 require a 5% personalization fee. For bulk orders exceeding ₱5,000, personalization is free.

How can I order?

Do you ship nationwide?
- Yes! We ship nationwide through LBC, DHL, and other reliable couriers.
What is the shipping fee?
- We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of ₱180 for all orders outside Cebu City.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept bank transfers, GCash, and COD. Please note that a 50% downpayment is required for custom and bulk orders.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Orders of 10 units or more are made-to-order and ship within 3-5 business days, depending on quantity.
- For custom orders (e.g., weddings, corporate events), please place your order 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. We will confirm details before proceeding. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Contact us at info@flarescent.com for more information.
Do you accept last-minute orders?
- Yes, we accept last-minute orders for within Cebu City locations.
Do you accept rush orders for personalized candles and bulk orders?
- Yes, depending on our current workload. Rush orders incur an additional 30% fee.
What couriers do you use for Cebu City deliveries?
- We use Maxim, Angkas, Grab, Lalamove, and Mober for Cebu City deliveries.
